Warranty Policy
In the unlikely event the handbag needs repair (e.g., a lock or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched) within 3 months from the date of receipt, we will provide free repair service.
This service does not include the cost of shipping unless the issue is due to a product defect or our error, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
Outside of the 3-month warranty, customers will be responsible for all repair costs and return shipping fees.
If the product is out of warranty or damaged due to human factors (such as severe wear and tear, unnatural oxidation, missing accessories, material falling off, etc.), we will provide you with professional paid maintenance services based on the actual situation.
Note: Softening of the handbag shape due to regular use is normal and is not considered a defect; therefore, we cannot offer repairs for this issue. Repair costs vary depending on the extent of the damage.
